1. The service

The Cozy Game Hub is a directory and blog for cozy games of every kind. We curate information about games — descriptions, platforms, genres, screenshots, links to communities and guides — and link out to third-party storefronts and communities for discovery purposes. We don't sell, host, or distribute any games ourselves, and we aren't affiliated with the developers or publishers of the games we list unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. Anyone can browse the public Site without an account.

3. Accounts

Signing in with Google creates a personal game library where you can save games and track a wishlist. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since that's how you access your Cozy Game Hub account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using your account at any time; contact us (below) to have your account and associated data deleted.

4. User submissions

The "Suggest a Game" form lets you propose games for the directory. Submitting a suggestion doesn't guarantee it will be added — additions are at our discretion. Please don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through any form on the Site

6. Intellectual property

Game titles, artwork, screenshots, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery purposes. Original content we create — guides, blog posts, curation, and site design — belongs to The Cozy Game Hub. You may share links to our content, but please don't republish our original writing without permission.

7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Site links to third-party storefronts, communities, and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices — check their own terms before you use them. Directory listings may in the future include affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking through. No affiliate program is active yet; when one is, this section will disclose it specifically.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Game information is sourced in part from third parties (such as IGDB and Steam) and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate — always verify details on the game's official storefront before purchasing. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cozy Game Hub won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on game information or links to third-party sites.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time.
